There are two possibilities when you create your account in Grouppiasa,

  • If your phone number is not connected with any group, then you are registered as a Admin.
  • If your phone number exists, and you are connected with any respective group, then you are registered as a Group Member.

  • To create the account:
    Only add your phone number, and we will send you OTP (One Time Password) to your registered phone number. By adding this, your account will be registered in GroupKhata, and redirect to the respective dashboard.

    To Add Group Member (This option is only available if you are a Admin):
    Tap on Create Meber on bottom navbar to add new member and fill the member details such as Name, Mobile number (need access to your contact list), Contribution amount, Deposited amount (Up to current month) and Approval date. Once you have create mamber you can not edit its basic details like Name and Mobile number.

    Tap on Give Loan on bottom navbar to give loan and choose any one option from Group Member and Outsider,

  • If you have choose Group Member, then select group member from your list and assign the loan.
  • If you have choose Outsider, then add the outsider details in form and assign the loan.

  • Once you have assign the loan you can not edit its details.

    Whenever you log into GroupKhata, the app itself identifies your role and redirects you to your assigned deshboard. There are some restrictions in the Member Dashboard, like a member does not have access to

  • Create a Group and Assign a Loan.
  • Can not Transfer Authority.

  • The group members can only review their data and get timely reminders on their mobiles.

    As in the Admin Dashboard, the admin can create a group and can assign the loan to members or outsiders. Also, the admin can transfer the authority to one of the group members.

    Manage Member Dashboard:
    To manage member details, go to Group Members and select the member whose details you want to edit. You will notice three different types of members:

    Admin

    Group Member

    Outsider



    Only the contribution amount and loan amount are editable in member details, using (+) (increase) or (-) (decrease) buttons, and all calculations are handled automatically by the app.
